Sup all.....
I spend most of my time in the video card area so I hope this is the right place for this. Here is the deal, last year we got my dad a computer system. He is 75 and pretty much needed it for reading e-mail we send him and using MicroSoft Word. This is the system we got him.. it was on sale for $199 and had a diffrent CPU then the below one.

I added some extra memory and a cd-burner and he loves it. Well now he is using the internet more and just got cable.... and you can see his computer is really slowing him down. I have a whole axtra P3 1g computer sitting around but he likes that one due to the fact it fits perfect in his desk and a reg tower would be to big and have to sit off to the side.
Now I am looking to upgrade his Mobo/CPU and memory. I dont need the best and fastest stuff around just cheap and good. We want to try to keep it to around $130 for everything. I did a search in the forums and alot of threads say this is a very good mobo.
ASUS A7N266-VM

A few things I would like to know...
A-What would be a good speed AMD for this? I was thinking of about a xp1700+ or upto a XP2000+ what about a Duron? Its a small case so I dont want to get things to hot.
B-I have a GF4-440mx that I am not using....My guess that would be alot better then the on-board video.
C-I think his power supply is about 200w..... will I need to upgrade it for that mobo and do microATX cases use a diffrent size supply then reg towers? (it will be a 3 1/2 drive, 2 cd-roms, mobo, video card and 1 case fan)
Or if you have any info on a diffrent board that would be about the same price and would work better for what we are doing
EDIT**** here are 3 combo's that I have found
