Help with Dual ddr!!!

I have 1GB of Geil Golden Dragon PC3500
why is it not recognizing but 512 and says its in single channel?
is rated at 433mhz, shoul i up my bus to 217mhz

Does your mobo manual require that the RAM be in specific slots? I know my friend had an old A7N8X, and it wouldnt run in dual channel unless he put the ram in the right slot. Also, for whatever reason, dual channel enabled didnt pop up at boot, he had to check in cpu-z.

yes, 1 and 3 or 2 and 3..I am in 1 and 3....

Test each stick of ram in all three slots individually, see if anything odd happens.
