how to check warranty for OEM card ???

SAPPHIRE cards have a part number, I believe it starts with 102-xxxxxxxx Built By ATI cards also have this 102 P/N Whether or not your card has a warranty is hard to say.

Contact ATI and see if they will handle the warranty

In Europe Sapphire has dedicated tech support, while in the US Sapphire uses ATI support (This info was derived from Sapphires forum here (http://www.sapphiretech.com/forum/commforums.asp) ;)

Call ATI is my best advise m8 ;)
