Hey, im new to the forums, you guys that know what your talking about are awesome, i need some help with my ram, i dont know if i have the best settings for the clocks..

I have....

P4 2.8 ghz 800mhz fsb
Asus p4c800-e dulexe mobo
1 gig corsair xms pc3500 2:2:2:5, its 2 x 512mb btw

What should my clocks be at??? also would it make a big difference if i updated my bios? im currently running version 1008.001
