would i be pushing it with this PSU? I thought about the Thermaltake Xaser II case with 420w psu, would this be better, i think its 30 bucks more.
 
The 350W Antec Solution PSU can take this with a good overclock. Just don't be hooking up 10x additional fans or any other external thing that sucks up voltage.

I think it would be cheaper than replacing the power supply itself. The Thermaltake Xaser II looks like it has a temp gauge would easily cost around $20 alone.
