idiot question

In all your opinions, whats the best MIDRANGE overclocking board right now.
I need something with 4-5 PCI slots, obviously an AGP, DC-DDR support for 400mhz DDR ram, support for 3.4+ ghz, 2 IDE channels, NO ONBOARD SOUND that stuff sucks, no onboard video.

The reasoning behind all this is, i currently have an Intel D865PERL and, while its a great board, very stable, and nice performance.
I cant overclock the F****R!!!!

I need to overclock....
I must overclock....
Its addictive.

I overlclocked my first computer, a packard bell 486sx-33 to 45mhz
And my second, A P55C 133mhz to like 188 or 190mhz
And my third, a Duron 950mhz to 1.1ghz, it hit 1.5, but dont really like the load temps.

how much are you looking at spending? the new asus p4s800d-e deluxe is supposed to have excellent over clockabilit and its $116. you might want to wait until it has some bugs worked out though.

for $5-$10 more, u could get Asus P4P800 Deluxe not new but works great
