Does the Antec True Control 550 have adjustable pots for each 3.3, 5 and 12 volt rails?

Yes. :)
"User-adjustable, individual dedicated circuits for main +3.3V, +5V, and +12V outputs."

Yes the TrueControl Antecs rails are adjustable...Not only that you can adjust the speed of the fans inside the PSU...Along with fans connected to the "Fan Only" molex connectors...Really nice power supply's...My first choice in non PC Power & Cooling supply's...Followed by the 530 Watt Fortron...Next on the try out's list...The 400watt Fortron with the single 120m/m fan...But if you want adjustable rails...Adjustable noise...Cant beat a TrueControl with a bat...And even Hammer "Can't touch this"...:p
