OC problem

I got a 9600pro running omega drivers. I cant seem to get it to OC. when I up the core or ram and then bench it, it reboots my system. I can tweek the hell out of it with rage3d. non-OC 3dmark01 11,968. 3dmark03 4,595 thats tweeked but stock. anyone know why I cant get this OC'ed.

maybe u have to flash it with a haxored bios?

I didnt know I could flash a 9600

You can but I don't know if it would help your OC at all.

U dont need to flash a 9600pro to overclock it ive had one
