Are these numbers hurting my O/C?

I'll make this quick....MBM is reporting these numbers for my volts

Lows are @ Prime load
+12.00 = 11.13 ~ 11.55
+5.00 = 4.08 No matter the load
+3.3 = 3.20 ~ 3.26

Is this hurting my o/c stability?
Time for new PSU?:(

2.8c @ 3277 1.525v
1024Mhz DDR400 @ +.1v
4-hdd's, 2-roms, 4-case fans(80mm), 2-chipset fans(40mm), and Stock Intel CPU fan.

well what PSU are u using. ANd not those dont look THAT bad, THe onyl ting that is really worry some is 5volt that is really low. The 12volt is low but not horrible, the 3 volt is just fine. I would say yes go for a new PSU just becuase it would give you peace of mind, and would probaly help a little. At this poitn you are probably being hurt by your cooling more than your PSU. Upgrade both and see wha thappens,
