Well, i'm not able to get Mushkin 3500 lvl2, cuz of the dumbf**ks at newegg.com
you see, just last week I rma'd 2x512mb of 3500 lvl2 that had problems running at stock, and expected to get a replacement from newegg. Turns out instead of rma, they refunded my purchase (originally bought at $286)...all becuz some idiot in RMA lacked common sense to give me the 1gb kit, WHICH IS ESSENTIALLY THE SAME DAMN THING

now its sold out at newegg (with no ETA date)

i have to look at other memory..thank you newegg:rollseyes:

hows OCZ's 3700 Gold Rev 2?

I overclock my 2.4C to 290fsb....run in 5:4 and want tight timings (2-2-3-6)....is the 3700 up for the task?

The ocz gold rev 2 is good stuff. Will do 250+ in 1:1 and 300+ in 5:4 with 2.5-3-3-6 timings. Remember cas makes no impact on performance so cas 2 , 2.5 or 3 means zilch
