Before posting i searched on the Hynix homepage and finally got a freakin` PDF where the code on my 9700 ram chips should be explained. The first parts macthed of the code matched, but then i kinda stood in the dark.. here is what matched:
the serial(code) is:
HY5DU283222
AF 28 338A
i identified on the pdf everything up to HY5DU283222
the rest are not mentioned there...
so what is the access time of the chips? (presuming 2.8 ns)
