I've finally gotten my Celeron stable at 1020 MHz at 2.0v however I want to know if this is overkill. Its a cC0 1.7v default celeron. Cooling is being done with an Alpha PEP/66 Artic Silver. Thx

Its up to you. I would not raise it any higher I think they burn out at 2.2 or 2.3v.
It should be ok as long as its not too hot.
If you dont have a good power surge protector and you get a power surge it wont take alot more voltage to burn it out.

I would not go any higher than 1.95V with any coppermine/celemine chip. I know it's only a 0.05V difference, but you'll have to draw the line somewhere. So burn in at 2.0V for a while and try if you can lower it to 1.95V eventually.
