which memory is good for oc'ing BUT i dont want to do vdimm mod or drop mod... PC3200 or PC3500?

For an Intel system, I wouldn't consider either; go for PC4000 or faster because the P4s will take advantage of as high of FSB as possible.

yes but then if i would get pc4000, i need to vdimm mod right? i dont want to do any mods...

You would? I thought PC4000 sticks used the same default of 2.6v

i thought if i run at 255 fsb and running 5:4, my ram needs more voltage? coz like right now, im using pc3200 and running 5:4, fsb 200, i have to set my memory to 2.85v or it will have stability problems...
