RocketRAID 1540 constant beep

I just got my PC back from a repair tech and the Highpoint RocketRAID 1540 card constantly beeps from the moment the Windows XP screen comes on to the moment I shut off Windows.

What could he have done wrong? This constant steady monotonous beep is at the point of driving me insane.

Have you tried looking on the manufacturers site about the issue?

Yes. Couldn't find anything. Even did a web search. Nothing.
