woot! Im excited to get this put together. Cost was $1005.96 including next day air shipping. Can't wait to see how it does! Thanks for all the input I recieved for putting it together.

Why use next day air from newegg? Their regular free shipping takes the same amount of time.

I'd like a 9800pro but a Maxtor hard drive? YUCK!!! I swear by WD. After the 3 IBMs and two Maxtors I've broken. My 3 WDs is all I use. BTW nice system, but for some reason it seems priced a little high. I mean IMO you should be able to put a system like that together with a 19" for the same price. But I guess the Antec case+psu and the expensive ram may have increased the price. As for shipping, that's just a waste. Well congrats none the less :) I wish my computers were that good.

I've personaly had better luck with maxtor than WD...but when you look at the overall picture there both practicly identicle in terms of perofrmance and failure...i'd get the cheaper of the two.
Also since your desktop is faster than your laptop, you can go ahead and mail that over to me...I don't need next day air either :p

LOL, I was able to buy this system because I have sold the lappy to someone on the boards. Im ready to go back to a desktop, I have been missing out.
