This is very anoying. Everytime I try to acces my computer (with windows server 2003 on it) thru My Network Places from another computer, I get the logon screen. I do not want to logon, I want it just lets me in without logging in. This is soo anying because everytime I try to print something it fails because I am not logged on. I want everyone in my LAN to have acces to my files and printer without the need of typing a username/password. How can I get this going?

Create a user account on the sever with the same name and password as your workstation.

yeah that will work but it is not what I want. I want it the way it is on my winXP machine: Anyone has acces to my files and stuff without requiring a password.

Try enabling the guest account. Or reinstall with fat32 as your file system.
