ASAP!! Need a motherboard with better CPU placement, but which ONE??!?

I have a coolermaster 620 matx case, but with a full atx power supply in there, i need a motherboard with better placement of the CPU so I can fit a big Zalman CNPS 7000A HSF on it. (I have a Shuttle MN31N, but since the CPU is right on the edge, it won't fit with the Zalman)

So what do you guys think? I'm not gonna be doing any overclocking, and it's just gonna power PC2100 RAM & an XP 2100+

Please lmk ASAP as I plan on buying today. Any better suggestions?

I think they all place the cpu like that, mine is right at the top of the mobo near the psu.

OK, so i did some research, since that DFI i would have had to cut the clips (i really just want it to work), and i came across the:
ASRock K7VM4, which appears to have nice specs. Anyone have any experience with this board (or ASRock in general)

mmmh i believe CPU placement is more or less the same in all boards, since it follows a building standard. I've heard good things about Asrock, do a search on it in this forum and you'll find out.
