i can't access sites that require javascript even though i have enabled them using "internet options". i've tried upgrading from IE 5.0 to 6..0 but that doesn't work. might this have anything to do with upgrading from 98 to 2000? any help would be GREATLY appreciated

did you install the java plug-in?

don't even know what a plug in is yet i shall try to download it (unless i shouldn't for any particular reason)

right. i,ve downloaded the plug in, upgraded to IE 6.0. also i,ve visited this site www.bodo.com/javame.htm to test wether i,ve got java and javascript and i,ve got both. however i still can't access sites with javascript. nothing seems to be working. help
