They said that graphic card?
Try to cool the CPU down. Don't OC graphic card too hot.

x7*130=910 :
1/4 PCI=32.5 OK
1/2 AGP=65 OK
2/3 AGP=87 Maybe

you were missinformed the GF2's are very succesful for overclocking network cards can give you problems though. Maybe an older video card but anymore there fine.
are you having problems? if so there are allot of ways to get around them [to a point]

my dsl connection seems to be good. if i set the in-depth queue to 1, i noticed i can over clock ALOT farther... is this a hint as to how good my chip is???

To find out if your chip is good first burn it in if its not already and then set your overclock it as high as it is stable and check the CPU data base and see how you compare to others with your chip changing a setting in bios and getting some improvements is not a indacation on how good your chip is in fact to overclock any chip to its fullest potential making changes in bios to get better performance is the norm.

I agree with outhouse, your NIC card could be the holdup. I had a similar problem so I replaced one cheap nic card with another and my problem went away. I would also recommend you crank your voltage up to 1.9, your temps seem to be very good. I run my 700 at 1.9 volts 24/7 without any probs whatsoever.
