I don't give a crap for mail in rebates, but $230 for a BB ATI 9800pro is too good to pass up. GO GET ONE NOW!!!!!!!!!!!! I'd get one but don't have money :(

Compusa has a history of Ripping off (http://www.overclockers.com/articles938/) their customers, they know about it and don't give a cr@p. I would buy this online and what you save on Tax will almost equal out to the rebate total.

Hmm that's strange, online it costs $299 http://www.compusa.com/products/product_info.asp?product_code=302460&pfp=BROWSE
Either way, $230 for a BBA 9800pro is good if you can get it without tax :) I have a question though. This 9800pro has like 8 hs on one side. http://www.str8buy.com/ibmdes4040ul.html Are they cheating and using the picture of a 256mb version?

I said online, as in a more reliable source like Newegg ;)
Newegg (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=14-102-268&catalog=48&depa=1) has a Sapphire 9800 Pro for $215 (already mentioned in a previous thread in Cyber Deals). Bulk however, meaning no nice box, manual or free games. :p ;)
As for str8buy.com, their ResellerRating (http://www.resellerratings.com/seller1923.html) is nothing special at all.

I'd pass on buying this at all when it comes to rebates. Give it a couple more weeks and it will be below $200.00. Not to mention its CompUSSR.
