K8V AMD64 Deluxe

Help please!!
I bought this board along with 1gb of ram (512x2) of Corsair 3200 400mhz ram. My pc wont start up with both sticks in gives me cpu overclocking error. Not sure what to do or where to go just plan lost. Any help would be most grateful.

just reduce the overclock.

I've got the same set up you do. K8V, 1 gig Corsair XMS and a 3000+
