Hi, Thanks for much advise, but help still needed.
I bought some good pc133 RAM, burn it in @ 1.8 for a week with SETI, increased Vcore to 1.85 but still, system unstable...
It post into windows, but with blue screens, run light programs, but locks in 3dMark2001, and in Giants it crushes into windows.
Moreover, I noticed an Interesting thing: every time I rise a voltage from a previous level, the system is more stable at 1st. post, but becoming less amd less stable whith time (I'm talking about 133MHZ, it stable at 112MHZ). Any explanation?
What, is your advise?
1. Should I bump the voltage even more?
2. Should I burn it another week @ 1.85 @ default FSB (100mhz)?
3.Any other solution?
Thanks in advance, I always appreciate your help.

I have a P3 700 running stable in a friends PC I built for him at 933mhz, 1.90v and idles at 44-46C -- very hot, but stable only when I increased to this voltage (using the stock intel HSF because we're cheap like that!!). May be able to back off the voltage once I buy a better HSF.

The 700 chips are tough to overclock because intel stole the good ones for the 933 run, so the left overs are what we're using and they will overclock, but forcefully. Keep playing, you're bound to find a fit. Try raising the voltage to 2.00 (I burned the above chip for 16 hours at 2.00 volts at default speed). I would go any higher, but try raising it until it's stable.

Zulu,

Sorry to hear that your chips seem to be a little unlucky one. I agree with Pinky. The good overclocking P3 chips are running out.. but that doesn't mean your game is over. You still can push that bitch hard and it'll probably work good on you eventually. Burning at 1.85V at default voltage is not good idea. Like what Pinky said, go for the 2.00 Volts at default speed and burn in for a week or however long you think it's good... :) good luck on your overclock.

COMMON, guyes, I really need your help...
Does burn in help to reach higher FSB, or it only makes it possible at lower temp, so that if 133MHZ is unreacheable burn in will not help?
Clear this out for me.
I really afraid to go any higher than 1.85 v with Vcore.

Pull your sound card and NIC card and then try. Vcore to 1.9v

looks like you may not have the best chip but i would say burn it in at 1.95 or 2v and 100fsb i think 1.85 is not really high enough for a burn in. i had one cbo cele and it took a lot of work to get it from 66 to 100 and it was never really stable much above 100. with some lovin' you should get that chip to 133 at least.

I see three possible things holding you back. The Gorb is really not up to high voltage and high FSB speeds. Get a better cooler. Second, try higher voltage after you get better cooling, maybe 1.9v. Lastly, pull the network card and see what happens. They usually don't like being overclocked very much.
