Other than the price and and an intelligent overclocking feature is there really any difference?

Intel officially declared that p4c800 is pat enabled while p4p800 is not, although in oc'ing, some of the test results shows that p4p800 has better ratings compared to p4c800

Cool, thx. Think I'll just go for the p4p800s its much cheaper.
