My Bro Had an Overheating prob. (The heatsink slipped a little) So I opend up his comp and flipped the heatsink around and that fixed the heat prob but when he started it up the video card was giving him probs.
What it does is that if I drag an Icon then wherever that icon or object goes the screen turns black and remains that way for a few moments and also when when I Minimize or open a program the screen turns black and remains that way for a few moments but if I print while the screen is black then the page comes out normal on paper?
Any help would be appreciated

P.s. I Haven't had a chance to do this yet but I wanted to reinstall the driver I was thinking maybe it got messed up.
Also Could it be a DirectX problem?
