so my 1gp3@1225 with 1.9cv just got a little help with some vidpining so now i'm at 1262 and 2.05for CV [running cool] at 1262 it seems to be stable but i need to maybe burn it at the new speed? this is my question since it was burned in at 1225 and now that it is raised a little will burning in help or since i did not raise that much is it pretty well already burned in?

It didnt help me with my p3 800 but it may help it didnt hurt any.

never can hurt to burn in. For a lighter burning in you can always install folding@home client and fold proteins for the overclockers.com team and it also is a pretty good cpu stresser. It doesn't slow your comp down any and only uses unused cpu cycles by setting itself to lowest priority. I play half life online with it in the backround and get no speed decrease at all.

Thanks dunno but my horse is parked in morpeuses stable. just to let people at the forum know I think i did gain some stability from burning in again, the first night at 167fsb i did get random rebooting but after two days now its been stable at 167fsb and the ambient temp has only been hotter in the past 2 days
