p3-450 @ 518 any higher

ive got this running at 518 temps are ok,how high can i get this chip running,fsb is 115 mhz
spec
128 meg ram 100 mhz
nvida riva tnt2 32 meg ram
motherboard is legend qdi(advance 5/133 e),appolo pro 133 chipset,manuall states that it can be overclocked to fsb of 155 mhz,so can anyone help me as to what i need to do to get it any faster,any more info just ask

With FSB v1.7 you can overclock him up to 550 or higher.
