Very right. 'Overclocking' the AGP slot with increased voltage or whatever essentially does 'bugger all', they also don't have the tolerance of processors, a little more voltage and it will either: a) In short, 'blow up' b) SERIOUSLY decrease the life of the slot and damage the connection.

There are no advantages to voltmodding or any method of trying to 'overclock' the AGP slot. It is very much pointless.

i burnt out an 9700 Pro by accident when overclocking, the bus speed wasnt locked down and when it hit 84mghz the burnt smell of silicon filled me room. The reward(if any) is not worth the damage it does to a card.
