I fried my CPU.. and bought a new mobo.. Im getting a new CPU and once i do.. when i boot to windows.. Do i have to reactivate or re-install?

Just do a reinstall just to make sure that your MB is detcted properly.
You might have to reactivate Windows, but that id only a 5min call.
