um, it runs almost stable @ 2.05volts, it is a Epox bx3 with a asus slocket, it is around 34 C on full load

First off, that's a pretty good overclocking effort for a C-633, but I'm guessing you want 100% stability and not "almost stable". First off, 2.05v is pretty high, so you need to do some more cooling mods. Some of the instablitiy problems might be heat related. Let's start with the basics. You already have a pretty good CPU cooler, so you need to make sure that you are using a good quality thermal paste and have installed the heatsink properly. What about case fans and internal air circulation? Lots can be done there. Is it more stable with the case off and an AC fan blowing inside? If so, you need better cooling solutions. The Delta fan is normally good for at least a 1 degree drop in temp, but you probably need a little more than that to solve your problems.

That is a good overclock, I would not recomend buying a new celeron on the off chance you get an extra 50mhz out of it. I would stick with what you have for now, maybe upgrading another component in your pc or save up for a plamino or northwood computer when they are available

my old case i left open all the time, it had a 120mm ys-tech (105cfm) in the front and a old 120mm right behing the cpu, it was about 130cfm, when it was like that it was stable at 2 volts even with my old fop32-1 im am currently modding my new midi atx case so i can put a 120mm fan in the front and a window in the side. when my 2 80mm deltas come and my 60mm delta come i will put them in too.

got my deltas, ive gat a 120mm ys-tech in the front now and a 80mm delta blowing ot along with my 40cmf psw fan, so it has equal air going in and out. The temp has dropped buy 2 degries but still nothing above 950, i will try taking the PCI cards ot to see if any of them are a problem
