Oh yeah, those early Celerons were great in their heyday and are probably partly responsible for the overclocking popularity explosion. I had a C-300 on an Abit BH6 (classic O/C combo) that would O/C to 464 MHz, but I had a fancy triple fan cooler and used a little higher voltage. I had a buddy that ran his 300 at 504 for a year. About 450 to 550 is the range to expect using a few cooling tricks. However, even with the standard CPU cooler and default voltage, I'd be very surprised if it couldn't run at least 75 FSB.
I've got a 300A tucked away that will (after a bit of burn-in) run 450 at default, and 504 at 2.2v stably.
I had a Celeron 600 at 945 by the time I got a motherboard I could change the vcore with (changed the vcore on the 600 with a slocket). Been in a box almost entirely since. Great chip, the C II is just much faster though...

If it's a PPGA chip, check out this old article I wrote :)

one of the most popular setups was the abit bp6 with dual 366 overclocked to 550mhz or higher, sometimes they can make it with the standard cooling but it helps a lot with a good cooler and thermal compound
