Anyone know if the swiftech MCW5002 needs or should be lapped? Here's swiftech's lapping specs.....

Outer face is lapped flat to 3/10 of 1/1000", and mirror polished.

NO. Swiftech is one of the few blocks that should NOT be lapped. You will make it worse as it is VERY flat.

Cool i was not looking forward to lapping it and it looks so shiny and new would hate to rune it :D
