spec

amd 2500+ dkvad aqica 0321tpaw, memori cosair twinx, 9200se radeon, abit nf7 v.2.0 seagate 7200 40gig, xpsp1. 6 fans 0.15a 8cm. liteon combo, liteon cdr. and oem proc fan.

DDR type is either PC2100 or 2700 0r 3200 - if you have the manufacturer that would help too.

PC 2700 memory is rated at 166FSB, and you're running it at 200. That's a pretty awesome overclock, not to mention your tight timings. Your processor should be unlocked, so back the FSB off to 166 and take the multiplier up, try 11.5 and 12.

i oc my barton 2500+@ 3200+, 200 x 11. and timing for memory 2.5:3:3:7. I have ati radeon 9200se too installed on my mobo, can i oc its too?
yeah, if i have more money i will buy 9600xt.

You are getting some pretty good OC out of that setup. I suggest if you want to try for more you get a better heatsink fan combo. The stock hsf is ok but for a little more money you can get a whole lot better. If you are going to stay with air cooling I suggest you look into a thermalright slk*** type hs and a decent cfm (40+) fan.

Heres a link to thermalrights site for info. Don't buy there you can get better prices at other places

Good Luck and welcome to the forums

Hi all thanks,
I has been changing my multiplier to 11 x 200 to reach 3200+ and everyone know barton2500+ can reach its. My question is how to change it more and more, i read from articles, it can reach up to 3 gig of core speed. But i dunt know to change it. heres my amd spec Aqica 0321tpaw axda 2500dkv4d 4143037250111. memory 2700 256 twinx corsair. and Abit nf7sv.2 i changed to 220 x 11.5 1.75v an its became unstable and i change 2.7v for memory . yeah i wanna buy thermaltake 12 may be next week. i prefer it than standard fan.

Abit VGA?

I wanna buy abit siluro 5200, do you have another suggest? I combine abit mobo with abit vga too, i think same chip nvidia and brand can up my comp more and more.

There is absolutely no way you'll hit 3Ghz without phase-change cooling. Take the memory volts as high as they'll go, and set yourself to 220x11. That's the best you'll do on air cooling, and it will probably take 1.8vcore to do that.
