My vDIMM can go up to 2.9V... is CH-5/BH-6 right for me?

I understand that these two chips like voltage, BH-6 moreso... if the highest I can go is 2.9volts on my mobo, then which chips should afford me the best performance (all other things aside, and assuming they're rated at the same speed)???

I'm ignoring BH-5 for the moment, as I'm pretty sure my chances of getting some are at best iffy now for the speeds i'm looking at (and that's a whole 'nother can of worms), so please no mentions of BH-5 here ;) thanks :D

EDIT: and by performance I mean both a high FSB and relatively tight timings...
