Could someone explain what the follow items mean and if I should mess with them or not...

Memory Acceleration Mode - (supposed to minimize latency from cpu to the memory, I would think this would automaticall be enabled.)

Graphics Arepeture Size - currently set to 128mb

Performance Mode (Auto, Standard or Turbo)

i noticed a difference when i enabled the mam but didnt notice too much of a diff when enabling turbo with benchmarks.the agp aperture size takes that amount of ram from your physical memory and dedicates it to your agp card.

know what? i read that setting performance=turbo and mam=auto is better :) i wonder y though...

I did not notice a enable/disable setting for AGP8x in my BIOS. Is it automatically set to 8x?
