What is better, a 700 Celeron or a 500 PIII? I need to put together a budget PC for someone. No OC tho.

Ive heard that you can subtract 200mhz from a celly to make it equal to a p3 so its kind of a toss up its a shame you friend would not want to overclock though knowing what i do now i would never buy a MB that would not let me get the most performance. I think overclocking you would get the most performance out of the celly if your sure no overclocking will be done i tend to lean towards the p3 but that just my opinion and i lean towards p3's
