How can I show my benchmarks on the forum?

How do some of you post pictures of your benchmarks on the forum? Do you use some kind of capture software? If so, give me the link so I can post my pictures? Please?

Press Print Screen to cap what's on your screen to the clipboard. Open MSPaint, Paste, then use the box to clip out just what you need, and save it to the clipboard again.

Then open a new file, paste again, resize as needed, and save as .PNG to preserve clarity. JPEGs suck for screen caps. After that all you have left to do is either attach it to a post, or upload it to your own webspace and use [IMG] code to embed it.

Or if using any 3d Marks programs...just go to online results "project manager at the top left if you need to choice a older project"...click on the publish box, then ok...then post the link to your 3d mark project on your post...
