Does this stuff come with BH-6 and what max FSB speed could I expect to get with these?

CH5 chips can probably do 2-2-2 @ 166MHz. I highly doubt new sticks of RAM are being produced using either BH5 or BH6 chips. If they really are CH5 chips, you should break 200MHz without a sweat.
