Ocz Pc3200 El

I'm so very confused about this memory timing stuff.
Can anyone make suggestions for what timings I should use with this Dual Channel OCZ PC3200 2x256 kit? I believe it is the EL series stuff.

If it's EL, 2-3-2-6 should be spec. Go for 2-2-2-11 for best performance though.

Ok ... if I knew what all that meant ;)
I know that there are 4 values for memory timings in the BIOS, but is the order you've written them, the order that they show up?

The default that the BIOS picks up is 2-4-4-9. I tried changing it to 2-2-2-11 and on the post screen it said my memory freqency was 100MHz. This doesn't sound right to me.
