Memory frequency question

My processor is an AthlonXP 2500+ Bart @ 2.2GHz so 3200+ therefore my ram (Corsair XMS 3500 1x512) is clocked at 400Mhz so my question is, there is an option in my bios to clock the ram to the speed i would prefer, should I keep my FSB at 200 or (400), and push up my ram to 433 since thats what its capable of, even thought it wont be in sync with the fsb?
my timings are 2-2-2-5, I doubt that would work with 433 though
