RAM for Lanparty NFII ultra B

Can anyone recommend good RAM for the NFII ultra B board and XP 2800+ combo? I don't want the RAM to be my bottlenck for OCing but don't want to pay too much for them either. I read that OCZ PC4200EL is good... what about Corsair XMS?

Anything that has Winbond BH-5 chips. Its the absolute best... and sadly no longer in production. There is some BH-6 still floating around, not as great though.

Kingston HyperX PC3000 has mainly been seen with BH-5 chips.
