O/C Problem With My NIC?

lately my NIC has been really unstable, i cannot stay connected to my network for extended periods of time, and its becoming quite annoying to shutdown my NIC, restart it, only to do the same thing a few mins later! could the difference in my PCI speed (41mhz) be causing the problem?

Yes very well could be.
Try lowering your overclock and see if the problem goes away.

i dont want to do that, is there a nic that is overclocker user friendly?
