Hey Del,

Could you please post your other hardware components? Possibly make a list of them in your signature?

I have that exact memory. It's hard to say anything really without more information. I have got my Corsair PC3200C2 256x2 memory to run about 220-223 @ 6-3-2-2 timings. I can get my timings at 6-2-2-2 but I have to up the vdimm a lot & performance wise it runs quite laggy. You should be able to run that memory at 6-3-2-2 no problem. I'd tighten your timings up a bit (not saying that is the reason for lockups). That particular memory likes 2.6 volts to. I'd set it at that.

More info would help!

Alright, well I'd suggest try putting your vdimm in bios at 2.6 for starters. You can change your timings to 6-3-2-2 or 11-3-2-2 which ever you prefer. (should be fine at those timings, if not 6-3-3-2 is something to try, memory is rated at that). Maybe up your vcore as something to try, but 1.7 sounds adequte. Also depending on your temps, you can try upping vcore.
