I would think that is ok my PIII700@1053 levels off at 43c load..
My old celey 333 never hit that much over 40c when i oc'd it.

Those are pretty good temps. When you get temps above 50*C is your time to worry.

I think its a little high, and if it was me i would try and work on it a little bit you can run at where your at but cooler is always better, some CPU's can get flaky when there overclocked and run close to 40. You may hear this again but i would ditch the orb and get a better heatsinkfan combo.
if your case temps are 31c I would improve airflow through the case and that would bring down your CPU temps, [as long as 31C is not your ambient temp] then i think youve done what you can. If your stuck on using the orb then make sure its lapped well and that your using a good thermal compound

temps are a tad high, but good considering your case temp. You really should get that case temp down though, that is way too high.

Ditto, the celerons work harder (less cache) and generate a lot of heat, but case temps will keep that heat higher that usual.
