If you don't want to overclock, then get whatever suits you best.

If you want to overclock, check out Mushkin 222 special (http://www.monarchcomputer.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=M&Product_Code=140241&Category_Code=MushkinMemory) or OCZ Platnum Edition (http://www.monarchcomputer.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=M&Product_Code=140789&Category_Code=Unbuffered_OCZ) RAM, but your budget limits you to 2x256 MB kits.
