Do they have the IHS(integrated heat spreader)? The big silver thing in the middle. Not like the regular blue dies.

Don't know if they do have the IHS, been browsing the Intel site, can't seem to locate that info....

They are just regular flipchips.. only difference between them and the cCOs basically the S codes. Seems a waste putting them in Compaq computers that will never be overclocked [and can't be] doesn't it?

Oh... forgot to mention... we are building some Compaq Workstations now with 1.7ghz XEONs in em. Kinda cool looking... all black with blue inserts in the front panel.
