Troubles with getting a 800eb to post?

I just got a really good deal on a p3 800eb. The problem is I cannot get my system to post at that speed. It does fine at 600 but will not go a 800. I did check if it was a true 800 with the Intel utility.
Here's my spec's
CUSL2-C
pc150 128mb
maxtor ata66 7200rpm
ls120 drive
4x hp cd writer
soundblaster live gamerx 5.1
voodoo4 4500 32mb agp4x
d-link nic card
Kaine hedge hog heat sink with delta38 and coper spacer

I have cleared the cmos, set the ram to case 333, made sure the dividers are correct, and even set the agp to 2x.
If anyone else has had this problem let me know.

Pull out the soundblaster card and see if it will post.

Also try yanking out the NIC card and check to see if there are any updated bios versions that address any of the hardware your running.
