Need help with XMS3200 plz!!

Hello!
Can some1 help me with my ram
here is a problem:

I bought an XMS3200 TWINX512-3200C2
and when I inseted my module in Mobo so it tells me that i have an pc2700 memory ^^ and shows that i got 166/333

I have no idea what happens PLZ HELP

System:

P4 3,2Ghz 800Fsb
Radeon 9200
xms3200

IS7-e
Sata Maxtor

Manually set it to 200/400 and you'll be fine.

in your bios, look for memory speed, usually its set to auto, you can change it to spd or user defined on most motherboards.

How does it calls?
Latency? so it says 2-3-3-AUTO
if it is right which number should I am put if I wanna my ram be PC3200 ???
