My father in law needs a new video card for his gateway 300se (Ithink that's the model#) which is a slim upright desktop, non tower design.
It has no AGP slots and only low profile PCI slots. I've searched around but only find low profile AGP cards. He plays all the Medal of Honor iterations and some other 3D shooters. The integrated Intel graphics 32M is not cutting it at all.
Any suggestions on a good card that will fit?

Any ideas anyone? Am I the only one who has run into this? I still can't find a low profile pci video card... with the low profile connector. I'll find a pic of the case and post soon.

whats 'low profile'? I know that PCI video cards are SIMPLE to find at most computer retail stores, at least I always see them strolling down the aisles

haha, yes, that's correct. This case is actually a little different. It has no AGP slot and 3 pci slots. The PCI slot connector plates are about half as high as a standard pci I'll try to find a pic today.

here's the pic of the pci area. This should help you understand what I mean by low profile pci.
