I'm sure someone else has asked this, but I can't seem to find it in the forum. I've given up on my PIII 800E and decided to get the 1 Gig'er. And what kind of ram should I be running on the Abit BX-133 along with this chip? I'm planning on o/c with an Alpha.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
More importantly than the CPU, what is your motherboard (which brand), and what bus speed chip are you buying? (come as either 100fsb or 133). if it's the 133 cpu, and your motherboard can handle 133speeds, then buy some name brand 133 or 150 speed RAM. Any brand name, Crucial, Hyundai, Kingston will do...

As stated above, I have an Abit BX-133 Raid. I think cD0's only come with a 133 FSB, if I'm not mistaken. But it won't be at 133 for long. =]
Thanks
Someone found a good price on corsair 150 memory here:

Maybe call pc nut and see if he can get you a cD0.
I have not seen any advertised yet.
