Restore Icons?

For some reason I'm suffering from a brain fart. I can't for the life of me remember how to restore my icons in xppro. I installed a modified theme but didn't like it. I removed the modified theme but the icons remained. How can I restore my icons to its original state.

Its in your display settings under desktop tab then customize.

I did that yesterday and the only thing it did was take care of the icons on the desktop. What I'm looking for is to restore ALL of my icons to its default state, including the folders located in my windows folder, local disk (c) icon and so on.
